The 4 inch wheels in two widths and a 6 inch wheel come in 400, 600 and 800 grit for grinders and polishing machines. Aluminum oxide wet/dry sheets in ten grits from 120 to 2000 and washable foam sponges finish edges by hand, and 8 inch hook-and-loop discs mount quickly for fast grit changes.
Cloth-backed aluminum oxide belts in 1 x 42 and 2 x 72 sizes shape and smooth steel, wood, plastics and composites. Combat Abrasives® belts for metal fabrication add ceramic Shredder from 24 to 220 grit, which cuts fast and runs cooler in heavy stock removal, plus J-Flex, X-Flex and 1 x 72 scalloped edge belts. Silicon carbide sheets, 9 x 11 inches in 60 or 80 grit, handle hand and power sanding on metal, glass, wood and textiles. Non-woven conditioning belts in four grades take a lighter pass to remove oxidation, clean weld areas and deburr edges.
Airway™ buffing wheels come in First Treat red, Medium Treat pink and Soft Treat white, and air flowing through each wheel helps control heat while polishing metal. Pair them with Maverick™ compound bars in Black, Blue, Green, Pink, Purple and White. For belt care, the Maverick™ grease stick conditions coarse grits and an amber rubber stick cleans belts of every grit.
