Shop graphic thermoform sheets and let the pattern itself be the finish on your next case, cover, RC project or suit of cosplay armor. Woodgrain, honeycomb, Arctic camo and licensed Kryptek® are a few of the hundreds of infused designs, which between them span gauges of .060 to .093 and sizes up through 2ft x 4ft.
A kayak keel guard or a piece of cosplay armor can carry anything from houndstooth, checkered and snake skin designs to space and science, Halloween and Christmas themes. For camo, licensed TrueTimber® and Realtree® designs sit beside Arctic camo in Blizzard and Hunter colorways, a good match for covers and cases that need to blend into the field.
Thermally bonded into the surface by digital infusion, each pattern shows real depth, and the sheet's texture and size come through unchanged. Its detail survives heating and forming, even over the curves of an armor piece. The standard base is cell/smooth KYDEX®, ready to heat, press or vacuum form over a mold, and cool into a piece that keeps its shape. Some designs also come on KYDEX® Liquid Metal, semi-translucent KYDEX® Vapor and BOLTARON®.
